JW Winco's GN 7237 Stainless Steel Multiple-Joint Hinges are installed on the inside of flaps, hatches, or compartment doors to save space and ensure protection against vandalism. The hinges have a maximum opening angle of 180°, which provides optimal accessibility for hatch doors, for example.

Stainless steel multiple-joint hinges are generally used in pairs, meaning that one type L (Left-Hand) and one type R (Right-Hand) are used per opening. For higher loads, such as from large hatches, these can be supplemented with additional hinges of either type.The Stainless Steel Multiple-Joint Hinges are manufactured in a way that includes the angled mounting brackets, which are mounted on the housing or the door, and an intervening seven-speed, clearance-free, self-lubricated joint mechanism. Due to the movement of the joint mechanism, when opening, for example, a flap is first slightly lifted and then swung by 180°.
